Mountainbiking and bike excursions

Once more the Tyrolean Zugspitz Area has been voted as Austrians best mountainbike region.

Explore the Zugspitz Area around Lermoos on more than 100 bike tours, either comfortable through natural valleys or at speed - up and down through the freeride-park of Lermoos. After the ride you can refresh yourself in one of our crystal-clear mountain lakes or open-air bathes. All routes and infos are shown in our interactive hiking- and tourist map.

Swimming and diving

Open-air bathes, indoor swimming pools and many beautiful mountain lakes invite to absolute relaxed bathing pleasure. The open-air bath and indoor swimming pools of Lermoos are onliy 5-10 minutes footwalk away, all the other bathes can be easily reached with the free bus. Lake Blindsee and Lake Mittersee warm up to 22-24°C in summer and can be reached by foot, bike, car, bus or train.

Also for divers we have a lot in stock. From sunken horse-carriages, through reliques of old times of king Ludwig II, up to the famous sunken logs that lie above each other like "Mikado jackstraws". Our PADI Professional “Peter” offers you a wide range of possibilities to explore our domestic lakes and guides you to the beautifullest dive spots.

Nordic Walking

Favourable climate in combination with our salubrious air revitalize your body, mind and soul. Ideal requirements for active vacationers who want to explore our landscape in a new way. There is something for everybody - valley-slopes for comfortable walkers or alpine tours for the ambitious. Exclusive workshops for beginners and guided tours can also be booked easily in our hotel!
